Services

SplitSoft Law provides website design, development, and hosting services for law firms. Our services are described on our website and in individual client proposals and contracts.

Client Ownership

All website code, content, and design assets created for clients are owned by the client. Upon completion and full payment, clients receive complete ownership of all deliverables. There are no export fees, data lock-in, or proprietary platform restrictions.

Payment Terms

Build projects require a 50% deposit at contract signing, with the remaining 50% due upon launch approval. Monthly retainers are billed on the first of each month. Late payments may result in suspension of monthly services after 15 days.

Revisions

Build projects include 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revision rounds are billed at $150/hour. Revision requests must be consolidated and submitted in writing.

Monthly Retainer

Monthly retainer services are provided on a month-to-month basis. Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. No early termination fees apply. Upon cancellation, the client retains full ownership of all website assets.

Limitation of Liability

SplitSoft Law is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
